Need more exercises
I have been working harder these days to remove the excess fat from my body. I am finding it a bit difficult though.. I am trying hard to have a strict diet mainly containing fruits and vegetables. I am walking at least 30 min per day. But still I feel that my stomach weight loss isn’t in the level I have expected. So that means more exercises.
