Why should you look for the best eye cream and not a moisturizer? Because an eye cream is a cream that has been tested by ophthalmologists to be safe to use near your eyes. Face moisturizers are formulated for the skin on the face and therefore are not Ophthalmologist tested. Most eye creams will contain caffeine, alcohol, retinol, alpha-hydroxy acids, copper, vitamin C, vitamin K, kojic acid, and hydroquinone.

Tazarotene
Tazarotene which is also marketed as Tazorac, Avage and Zorac, is a prescription acne treatment medicine sold as a cream or gel. Make sure you read some tazorac reviews because there are some side effects if you don’t use it as specified by a dermatologist. If you don’t use it properly, the possible skin side effects are mild to moderate. Itching, burning/stinging, redness, irritation, swelling, dryness or skin pain may occur.
