Another dream Vacation – New Orleans
This is another one of my so called dream vacation spots.. This time its new orleans vacations.
The reason – its Trip Advisor Travelers Choice Award winner for 2008. This is a quote from them – With a new mission statement, “Soul Is Waterproof,” New Orleans is back. The city’s walkable historic core, including Faubourg Marigny, the French Quarter, Warehouse and Arts District, Magazine Street, the Garden District, Audubon Park and Zoo and St. Charles Avenue, are flourishing anew and eager to welcome visitors once again. Whether for the jazz, the nightlife, the hopping gay scene, the food, the culture, or for that distinctive joie de vivre, it’s time to head back to the Crescent City.
So its in my list..lol..

Another addition to my dream travel destination – Aruba
I have another one to add to my dream travel destination. (Well I hope I can travel to these places someday.. I am not able to save any money these days..lol.) Okay lets talk about my new place – aruba.
See the extract below from travelblog.org.
Discovered and claimed for Spain in 1499, Aruba was acquired by the Dutch in 1636. The island’s economy has been dominated by three main industries. A 19th century gold rush was followed by prosperity brought on by the opening in 1924 of an oil refinery. The last decades of the 20th century saw a boom in the tourism industry. Aruba seceded from the Netherlands Antilles in 1986 and became a separate, autonomous member of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Movement toward full independence was halted at Aruba’s request in 1990.
Aruba has a dry climate and an arid, cactus-strewn landscape. Aruba is renowned for its white, sandy beaches on the western and southern coasts of the island, relatively sheltered from fierce ocean currents.
