Went to Tirunelveli, Madurai and Tiruchirappalli
I am just back in Kochi after a tour of AITA (Accel IT Academy) centers in Tirunelveli, Madurai and Tiruchirappalli. Someone who may be staying in Thiruvananthapuram may have a better access to these places - but for me the journey was a bit lengthy.
I go to Tirunelveli on Monday morning. The Tirunelveli AITA is actually located in Palayamkottai, the twin city of Tirunelveli. The AITA center is pretty good - it has some senior faculties and the Area Manager - Mr. Noble Thilak is always present to manage it well. While in here I was not able to visit any temples - because I was too tired and I just wanted to sleep since I didn’t get any sleep in the train journey from Thrissur to Tirunelveli. Luckily they had got me a hotel nearby and I got plenty of time to sleep..lol..
Next day I went to Madurai by train - it took about 3.5 hours. The AITA center here is in Anna Nagar which is a litle bit away from the heart of Madurai. But its a fast developing area. They don’t have any center managers at the moment but its managed well by Mr. Sakthi (who is an excellent technical person) and his team. I stayed at hotel near Anna bus stand which is a bit away from AITA. But its much cheaper compared to the hotel nearby AITA. In the evening I went to Meenakshi-Sundareswarar temple. Its a classic - its huge.
Next day I went to Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) - also by train - Vaigai Express - it lives up to its name as a Super fast express. In Trichy AITA is in 1st Cross, Thillai Nagar. Its managed by Mr. Vasanth who is an experienced campaigner.
I am now back in AITA, Kochi right now from where I am writing this entry..
Don’t travel 2S in Guv Chennai Exp
Hi Guys,
Never Travel using 2S (Second Sitting) in Guv Chennai Exp especially in long distance. The seats are horrible and you will be pretty tired. I booked the 2S from Thrissur to Tirunelveli because sleeper or AC - 2/3 tier was unavailable. I boarded from Thrissur around 9:20PM - soon the compartment was filled up with loads of people and I found it very difficult to even sit properly. The toilets are also horrible. It was only when the train reached Nagercoil Jn, it became less crowded and I was able to lie down and sleep for about 2 hours till I reached Tirunelveli.

Went to Sabarimala and came back
Hi All,
I am just back from Sabarimala. Overall its a pretty good experience. This time I don’t have any pics. I didn’t take any pics.
There were 14 of us Ayyappas. Most of them whom I know very well (with whom I have been going regularly these last few years) and a few new ones.
Me and few of my fellow ayyappas filled our Irumudi kettu at Kulamuttam Temple, Thrissur. We started our journey after our senior guru swamy - Babu swamy had done with his Irumudi kettu - from his house. We first went to Chottanikkara Bhagawati Temple. This time the number of devotees were very high, so we prayed from the outside only. Then we went to Vaikom Mahadeva Temple. We offered our prayers to Vaikkathappan and then proceeded to Kaduthuruthy Thaliyil Mahadeva Temple. From there we went to Ettumanoor Mahadeva temple.

Need a new pair of shoes
I definitely need a new pair of shoes. My current shoes are almost worn out. I need something which looks good on me. I would have definitely gone for Vasque Boots - but I am not sure how welcome my colleagues will be when they find me wearing those absolutely gorgeous hiking shoes. (lol.. I know those are for hiking and not for office use - but I have seen some people do this..)
Beautiful Eyes
As most of you guys know, I am now working in Kochi and I travel from my home town Thrissur to Kochi and return back everyday. Yesterday I saw a girl in the train - I usually don’t stare too much at girls - but I can’t help staring at this one. She’s got some awesome pair of eyes. They are beautiful - I believe she had some eyelash enhancers but anyways her eyes were truly beautiful. But she was a bit young for me. lol.. I usually don’t talk to unknown ladies that much also.
