I am using Asianet for both Cable TV and Internet. It was down from yesterday night. I tried calling their Helpline in the night but no one picked up. So I called in the morning again. In the afternoon the service engineers came and found out that there was a faulty amplifier nearby. They had to go back to get a new amplifier – they did replace it after some time. The service by Asianet is ok. But I am mad at my neighbors. Even though they all had the same issue, it seems that none of them called to report this. If more people had called, they would have resolved this sooner.
