Need to exercise more

I need to exercise more.. I have visited the doctor and my blood pressure is under control but my cholesterol levels are way off the chart. I am taking medications for that. However I am hardly getting any exercise these days. I spend more time in Accel learning. I might need to get some push ups or pull ups - maybe get some pull up bars or other exercise machines - even better start jogging if my knees doesn’t hurt.. that all guys for now..

Yesterday on saturday, my team won the first prize in pookalam competition.. Actually we haven’t had much hopes about wining this year because the competition was intense.. there were some amazing concepts from other teams and we didn’t have much to offer besides team work and dedication..All the credit goes to my students who did their best work.. it got into the first place..

More complaints against the new system

Earlier I have written that the new systems that they have sent us was somewhat not the one we needed, now I have a problem with one of the new systems in my lab. The LCD monitor stopped working. Suddenly it went blank. The power LED is still working but no display. Fortunately I have a old CRT monitor in perfect condition at my disposal. I just love CRT monitors for their reliability.
