I am a bit overweight.. well not just a bit actually, a whole 13 Kilos overweight. My doctor has ordered me to reduce my weight as soon as possible because I am in danger of having high cholesterol and blood pressure. Also my injured knee is showing problems. I may have to rely on some of the best weight loss products available. I am walking about 4 km per day. But seems that isn’t enough. I need to work out more.
