I know that my mother is aging now – she is in her 60s – like her there are a lot of women who are aging – all are looking to keep as healthy as possible. So I looked into the topic that I am talking about – best vitamins for women. As far as I can tell, all women need some basic vitamins like
* Vitamin A
* Vitamin B – B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 (pyridoxine), B9 (folic acid), B12 (cyanocobalamin), Biotin
* Vitamin C
* Vitamin D
* Vitamin E
* Vitamin K
Now there are specific needs for specific age groups.
For women in 20’s – Vitamin D and calcium
For women in 30’s – iron, selenium, Zinc
For women in 40’s – chromium, bioflavonoids, inositol, lycopene and zinc
For women in 50’s – EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), Arginine
For women in 60’s – Niacin, magnesium.
Now this is a rough sketch as I am no doctor..lol.. but you get the idea I guess.
