I was just browsing through the net and found something about Outer Banks foreclosures – These are houses, villas, flats etc which are owned by the banks in the US. I found that most of them are pretty much of a steal since some of them could include the furniture as well. Some of them might require some maintenance work but still its good. Its a bad thing that the banks here in India doesn’t sell them cheap to us. Otherwise we could have got some houses at a discounted rate.
