I think its time to start my own venture. If I do so I will be looking into some conferencing services. This should reduce the cost (by reducing the cost of traveling and saves time) and also help to keep the communication as open as possible. Most conferencing services available now are pretty affordable for most people. Anyways just wish me luck with whatever I plan to do.
