I am getting back in Shape

For the past few days, I am on a strict diet containing of corn flakes (for breakfast) and chappatis (for lunch and dinner). I have also tried to avoid non vegetarian foods as much as possible. I try to eat as much as fruits and vegetables as I can. I am also walking for about 30 min everyday. I am not into any heavy exercises but may be I should. I should also research on line about diet supplements – I may need them.
