Once upon a time there were four people – Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. When there was an important task to be done, everybody was sure that somebody would do it, somebody could have done it, but nobody did it – so it ended up in such a way that everybody blamed somebody when nobody did what anybody could have done it in the first place.
