Today I got my revised salary structure. Okay first the only good thing I felt about the new scheme – I am now “Senior Executive – Tech Support” having P2 grade.. There ends the good stuff. The salary is nothing much to talk about. Thomas Sir and Pradeep Sir were joking about the designations they have given us – they think that the Management have a person in Chennai who creates or find names for these so called designations.
