Vagamon Pine Forest is one of the major tourist spots of the region.
This is a man made forest which was built during the British rule of India, which still stands today overlooking the enchanting Vagamon Valley.
You will have to park your vehicle in the nearby parking space and have to walk through a narrow passage for around 10 minutes to reach the spot.
There are lots of small shops on the way selling tea, toys, chocolates etc.
There is a ticket counter and there is a small entry fee (Rs. 10 for adults, Rs.5 for children under 10 years, Rs.100 for photography, Rs.500 for Wedding videography at the time of my visit).
Its a popular and favorite location for filmmakers and photoshoots.
Mostly you can finish your travel through this location in under one hour.
