We went to see the annual festival at Koodalmanikyam Temple last saturday(5th may 2012) and this saturday (12th may 2012). I went with my friend Amal Raj on both occasions.

Last week I visited Koodalmanikyam temple two times – once with my family (me, my mom Lalitha, her younger sister Geetha , her daughter Anu) and once with my friend Amal Raj.

First when I went with my family I wasn’t able to stay there for more time because my cousin Anu was very sleepy and my mom wanted to get back home.. So we returned home after visiting my uncle’s house. I was very sad that I wasn’t able to stay much for the Panjari Melam.

So I went again after two days with my friend Amal Raj. This time we stayed till the end.. It was awesome to hear the full might of Panjari Melam.
