Yesterday (09-04-2011) was pooram at Chekakkottukara-Ancheri S.N.D.P Sree Maheswara Bhagavathi Temple. It was a good day for me as I had taken yesterday off from work. On the morning, I went to Ayinikkad Temple, East Fort, Thrissur with my mom. It was a special occasion over there. I had a enjoyable morning listening to Panchari Melam – we also had a small sadhya there. Afternoon me and my mom went to see the kavadi at the Chekakkottukara-Ancheri S.N.D.P Sree Maheswara Bhagavathi Temple. We walked to the temple, but since it was very hot, my mom was very tired. We came back and rested. In the evening, I went to see the elephant pooram. Again I had a wonderful time listening to Pandi Melam.
