Running or Walking?

Another age old question – Running or Walking – which is the better fat burner? The answer might be both – as both have its advantages and disadvantages. Running will burn more calories in a short period of time but its more stressful on joints and legs. Walking will require more time to burn your fat but its less stressful and in my point of view – its more relaxing. So I like walking more. But you decide whats best for you.
