I believe I may have blogged about this earlier. May be not in this blog – but in my earlier wordpress blog. Anyways steel buildings are here to stay – they may not the choice for some, but there are ones who do like them because of their durability and low maintenance cost. But if low quality products are used, its likely to result in corrosion. Here in India, especially in Thrissur where I live in, currently only the roofing is of some GI or Aluminum sheets to protect the building. But soon we may entire buildings..
