I am thinking to upgrade my bike – change its tyres, brakes – perhaps even go for allow wheels. I am not entirely satisfied with the current drum brakes. I am thinking to upgrade to disk brakes which has brake pads instead of brake shoes used in drum brakes. They offer much better stopping performance than drum brakes, including resistance to brake fade caused by the overheating of brake components. lol if you have seen F1 then would have seen those bright red brake pads..They can stop the car running at 350+ km/hr. Well I am not riding my bike at those speeds but I would to have much better braking.
