Akkikkavu Bhagavathy Temple (അക്കിക്കാവ് ഭഗവതി ക്ഷേത്രം) is located in Akkikkavu, Thrissur district, Kerala state, South India. The temple, dedicated to Bhagavathy (Bhadra Kali) is on the road side connecting Kunnamkulam to Perumpilavu. Its around 5km from Kunnamkulam, around 26km from Thrissur via Pannithadam (the fastest route is via Pannithadam if you are travelling via bike or car)
The temple is famous for its pooram festival.
There are regular buses from Thrissur Sakthan bus stand towards Kuttipuram side which goes though Kunnamkulam and you can get down near the temple at Perumpilavu.
