Internal Storage -> Android -> data -> com.gameloft.android.ANMP.GloftA8HM ->
In this folder, delete all folders/directories (only folders) except the “files” folder/directory. There will be folders like cache, filesupdate, fileingame_ads etc which needs to be deleted.
Make sure that you don’t delete the “files” folder. As long as you don’t delete this, your game files would be safe.
After this try starting the game again.
