Meenmutty Waterfalls is located in Wayanad district, Kerala State, South India.
There is also another waterfall of the same name in Thiruvanathapuram district in Kerala.
The waterfalls is located in the midst of tea plantations and the views here are pretty cool.
There is road access to the entrance, the road is a bit narrow. The parking area is limited.
The entry time is from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM. You won’t be able to stay there after 6:00PM.
There is a small entrance fee (Rs. 50 for adults and 30 for children).
From the entrance there are steps which goes downward to the waterfalls.
Its easy enough for most people. Seniors and people with disablities will have issues climbing down (not impossible though).
This is a great place for you to spend time with your family here. You can have a dip or bath here, the water will be chilly and refreshing.
